LAND AND BUILDINGS

The physical plant that we have acquired is ideal for the type of work that we perform for our customers.  The property (7 acres) is fully improved, fenced, stabilized and lighted.  We have two buildings, the first being a 32,000 sq. ft. dock high solid concrete building with 40 dock high doors, and uncovered 2,250 sq. ft. dock high loading dock with a forklift ramp down to grade level.  Two overhead doors service this area.

This building has an additional 2,500 sq. ft. of available office space, which includes a secured area for highly sensitive articles.

We have converted a 13,720 sq. ft. grade level building into our saw line, complete with covered materials storage area.  This facility is a modern metal building located behind and to the side of the main terminal building.

LOCATION

Excellent location just off the I-45 South Freeway.  Take the Telephone Road exit headed south.  While still on the feeder road, we are the fourth street on the right.  Gulf Terminal Drive dead-ends into our property.  We are five minutes from downtown and a short distance of 4 miles to the Port of Houston.  Due to the freeway access, we are also ideally located for movements to either Barbours Cut, Green Bayou, or Jacinto Port.
